PSE in North America

Dear PSE therapists,

Rubimed AG is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year! Over the past 25 years, we have achieved numerous successes in cooperation with the International Society of Psychosomatic Energetics (IGPSE), including the training of more than 1,000 therapists, research into new areas of application, the development of two testing devices, new complex homeopathic remedies and a wide variety of test kits. This success would not have been possible without you, dear therapists, the dedication of our employees, and the support of our partners. I would like to take this opportunity – especially on behalf of my father – to thank everyone who has contributed to the success story of PSE.

Almost two years ago, my father, Dr Reimar Banis, entrusted me with the management of Rubimed AG – a great honour and responsibility. I would like to use this newsletter to briefly introduce myself and our activities in the USA and Canada in more detail.

A short introduction to myself: I am the youngest son of Dr. Banis, studied law, am married, have two children and live with my family near Munich, from where I commute to Rubimed's main office in Switzerland. Before joining Rubimed, I worked in a law company in Munich, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the public prosecutor's office in Berlin.

Over the past two years, I have immersed myself in understanding Rubimed – a small but very complex company. We supply over 1,000 therapists in Switzerland, the EU, Canada, and the USA with our homeopathic complex remedies and testing equipment. Although I have known Rubimed and PSE my entire life, the view behind the scenes is different from what one might imagine. Above all, I especially underestimated the extent of bureaucracy involved in pharmaceuticals, which also includes Rubimed's complex remedies. Literally every detail must be documented, and there has to be a predetermined timetable for every eventuality.

Canada

We encountered a big challenge two years ago. Our previous manufacturer for Switzerland and Canada was no longer able to procure the raw materials required for the production of our complex remedies, which naturally caused great frustration among therapists and patients. We were able to resolve these temporary supply issues for our remedies with our US distribution partner, Privia Naturals, who can deliver our remedies to Canada, including directly to patients (limited to one treatment dose or 90 days supply, which is sufficient for one treatment).

We are currently working on new marketing authorizations for our remedies, which, unfortunately, is a lengthy and bureaucratic process. We will inform you as soon as we know when we can start production and deliver again.

Privia Naturals is offering Canadian therapists a discount of 20% for November and December.

USA

We are very happy, that we have found OHM Pharma from Texas to produce our remedies; this dedicated family company has decades of experience in homeopathic manufacturing.

Nick Fransen, our distribution partner for the USA, himself a PSE therapist and licensed acupuncturist, is currently training new therapists together with Petra Ottmann MD, Vice President of IGPSE. She flies to the USA twice a year for this purpose. Lynn Dolson, a doctor from Florida, will also be conducting basic training courses on the East Coast in the new year.

We have already achieved a great deal in the last two years, including launching our products in the US market, stabilizing supply for Switzerland, reforming our training programs, simplifying test kits, shifting our marketing strategy more towards digital media, optimizing production for the EU, and introducing a new newsletter. We have many more innovations and improvements planned for the coming years, such as the reworked RebaPad, with some technical improvements and two applicators to enhance the biofeedback function even further.

I look forward to writing the next chapters of the PSE story together with you. Although many people are already familiar with PSE, it still occupies a niche position. My aim is for PSE to become a standard therapy method in the field of naturopathy over the next 25 years, not just in German-speaking countries but worldwide.
