We protect your data on the basis of the relevant provisions of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data collection and processing by our company. Personal data is understood to be all information that relates to a specific or identifiable person.

Usage data
When you access our website, we record the following data in a log file:
- IP address in anonymized (shortened) form

The data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and is not passed on to third parties. The data is deleted after six months.
Registration/Application
By submitting the registration/application, the participant agrees that personal data may be used for internal, administrative purposes and, if necessary, may be passed on to third parties for the processing of your order/booking (e.g. for the delivery of training-related information to a logistics company, passing on the list of participants to seminar leaders).
If we pass on data to third parties, we observe the legal requirements and, in particular, conclude order processing contracts or similar agreements with the respective recipients to protect your personal data.
Contacting / Newsletter
If you contact us via the website or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, address, e-mail) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g. logistics companies, banks) if necessary to process your order.
If you register for our newsletter via our website, your data (name and e-mail address) will be stored in a database for the purpose of sending the newsletter. If we pass on data to third parties, we observe the legal requirements and, in particular, conclude order processing contracts or similar agreements with the respective recipients to protect your personal data.
Cookies
In certain cases, so-called temporary cookies are used when using our website. These do not contain any personal data and are automatically deleted after the end of the session when you close your web browser.

Please note that we reserve the right to enforce the restrictions provided for by law, for example if we are obliged to retain or process certain data, have an overriding interest in doing so.
Furthermore, every data subject has the right to enforce his or her claims in court or to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority. The competent data protection authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (http://www.edoeb.admin.ch).
